Blog platform convenient for finding interesting bloggers

I came up with a blog platform in a new format, but I’m not going to do it myself in the foreseeable future, but I will discuss the community with the habr with pleasure.

So, in the classic version of the blog, all entries are sorted by creation date - this is a familiar and natural way of sorting, but it has one uncomfortable feature - it is difficult to quickly figure out how an unknown blogger may be of interest to you. What if you create a blog platform on which blog entries are sorted based on readers' ratings and the author’s personal opinion?

Here is how I imagine it: the first post is the newest post, the second post is the author’s favorite post, what he considers his best achievement, the third post is the best post according to readers, the fourth post is the most comments, the fifth is the worst post , then there are no longer posts, but categories: the average score is more than four points (on a five-point system), from three to four, from two to three, sucks. In this case, of course, it should be possible to switch to the usual, classical form of sorting by date.

The advantage of such a system is that the whole essence of the blogger is visible at a glance and you do not need to fish out interesting posts from the crowd. And is chronology really important?
