Common Sense - The Latest Antivirus Solution

To be honest, I thought for a very long time which blog to publish to - either to HabraYumor, or to Information Security, because it inspired from a recent request from a friend who had my VKontakte account taken away to “win back” the page. The task was simple, but how to force this “antivirus / tweaker / optimizer” to be installed on all “computers” of all users?
