How to set a task for employees
Our main activity is the creation of programs for automating business processes. When working with clients, we analyze not only the shortcomings of software products, but also the shortcomings, if I may say so, of clients. And these shortcomings are attributed to the program or automation in principle. Therefore, we analyze such shortcomings, decide, make changes to the program.
We bring to your attention a non-standard task for IT professionals, especially programmers. A ready-made solution with a code, of course, is not required. The task, rather, on the logic.
Take the most common process - setting a task by a leader. To implement such a module in the program is not a problem. The leader in the program window formulates the task, appoints executors, indicates the time and budget. You can also assign additional functions, such as priority, etc.
And where would you think the problem lies? That's right, in the statement of the problem. Well, which of the hired workers did not encounter tasks in the format of "Digging from here to lunch" or "Guess, they say, myself?" We decided to analyze and made such conclusions.
It is clear that all this leads to ineffective execution of the task by subordinates. As a result, the head curses the subordinates, work and automation.

- Not the last place in the list of reasons is the ability of a leader to make text out of words. Not everyone can correctly and clearly state their thoughts. The head pours in terms, and subordinates without Google and Yandex dictionaries will not understand them.
- Lack of vision "How to do this" and "What should be." Leaders in most cases set the direction for subordinates. For example, make it work and take up little space. And they are trying to formulate the tasks themselves and somehow solve them. What will come of this? The next task from the leader, which begins with the words “Does not fit. Make it so ... "
- Several tasks are embedded in a task. Instead of separating them, the leader wraps everything into a ball of complex sentences.
