Multikar from Tikno - tasty and healthy

My name is Aleksey Churbanov from Media Labs.
I want to introduce a project that inspires us and on which our team is now actively working.
Quite a long time ago we set a goal: to make the user’s work with a computer faster, more convenient and more enjoyable. The goal is global and interesting. They were divided into tasks and projects - the first project among them was a multibar.
Multibar - a flexible desktop bar that does not take up space on the desktop and carries a number of pleasant and useful features:
- quick search on a computer and the Internet (including search on wikis and YouTube)
- the ability to add programs and folders by dragging and dropping for quick launch
- when you hover, lists of the latest files for all programs (where they exist) are displayed
- weather forecast
- the ability to select skins
- simulate a three-dimensional background
From what will happen in the near future:
- the ability to work with commands (such as mail, tweet etc)
- flexible settings search capabilities
- several new plug-ins and add-ons
- the ability to work from any side of the screen
- aPI for developers
- a new form of interaction with the bar

UPD: got a lot of questions and comments about the indexer. The indexer works in low priority - percent and does not consume memory (practically). It can be paused. In the next version we will make it possible to disable.
