Just a couple of weeks left before the opening of the first festival of gamers GAMER LIVE 2010 . We remind you that the main quest of the summer will take place on the territory of the Vympel recreation center near Moscow from August 6 to 8. Today, the organizers share the secrets and details of the event, and if any of you still have doubts, this news will certainly dispel them.
The festival will be held under the motto of a healthy lifestyle, which means that guests will find a rich sports program: football, basketball, volleyball, swimming in the pool, horse riding and morning fitness classes from the organizers. The partners of the festival, Kraken Games, also made their sporting contribution to the event.. They will hold a real paintball tournament dedicated to the Warside project, with paint spills and adrenaline shootouts.
There will be time for entertainment - daily evening show programs, a disco, as well as a specially prepared quest based on the games of the General Partner of the festival - the entertainment portal "Fogame" , will allow all participants to rally and compete for the main GAMER LIVE 2010 award .
The organizers did not forget about the informative events and invited NVIDIA company to the festival, as well as Igor Utkin , better known as Bruce , a showman, commentator and starcrafter who was popular in eSports . Nvidiawill hold a presentation for gamers of the leading 3D technologies that allow visualizing the most amazing effects that modern games are capable of: 3D Vision, PhysX, DirectX11 tessellation with the GeForce GTX 460. At the same time, Bruce will talk about e-sports and its development prospects, as well as share secrets and StarCraft skills with the audience. The brave development team of Snowball Studios also joined in the festival . They created their own “Witchers” clan, which means that gamers will have the opportunity not only to get answers to questions that they have long been tormenting about their favorite games, but also to shoot snowboarders in paintball or beat them in football.
