Made a website. A month has passed, the flight is normal
A little more than a month has passed since the moment my partner and I quietly opened kliniks.ru .
Project goal: creation of an authoritative “popular” rating of medical institutions, integration into the network of those who were not there, creation of patient – hospital feedback; We also wanted to cover not only traditional hospitals, clinics, but also take cosmetology, veterinarians, fitness, plastic, etc.
So far, we can boast of the most complete list of veterinary clinics (honestly taken from two different "most comprehensive catalogs") and the most concise layout among all competitors. Well, and also - attendance at 600 hosts per day in less than a month after the start. And this, I note, for some reason we are still in no hurry to index Google, while Yandex has covered 60-70% of pages.
Also plans to integrate with Yandex.Maps and create a mobile version. We’ll even think about geo-targeting in it ...
When we gather the necessary mass of reviews, run the rating, see what happens.
Finally, we want to ensure communication with the institutions from our catalog - at least at the organization level of electronic appointments. There are rare clinics that have already implemented such a thing on their websites, but I want everyone to have it!

Before start
In total, the development took about 2 months, given the search and discharge of information for filling. They didn’t bother with the design, they made it simpler, without extra ruffles. Since you can engage in gloss-setting and “hanging functionality” on any project for as long as you want, we have set priorities as follows:- Creating a catalog engine and reviews
- Search and filling in the bases of institutions. At least with addresses and phone numbers, better with sites and e-mail
- Comments on reviews
- User account
- Base Search
- Start Beta
Rivals
I note that the project has one main competitor (mosclinic.ru), one smaller (med-id.ru), and a whole battery of small and whipped up (which does not prevent them from being hung with advertising).- Mosklinik - a market old-timer, has been operating since 2002 and has about 7000 hosts per day. The main emphasis is on the community: patients ask doctors, doctors respond and advise. Reviews are present, no rating.
- Medaidi - emphasis on rating, but since 2008, judging by the dates in the news, the resource is not supported.
Already achieved
Like all sorts of young ambitious guys, we want, of course, to do better than anyone and more popular than everyone. So far, we can boast of the most complete list of veterinary clinics (honestly taken from two different "most comprehensive catalogs") and the most concise layout among all competitors. Future plans
As the first reviews showed, people: a) do not like to write; b) after all, he craves the community and questions and answers online. To be honest, I’m against such a “doctor, does it hurt this and that thing that I’m sick with?”, But the audience demands, and so we’ll do it.Also plans to integrate with Yandex.Maps and create a mobile version. We’ll even think about geo-targeting in it ...
