Identify scammers

When I was little, this type of fraud was widespread in Russia: a group of people (all dummies) are at the table where the instant lottery takes place. A new victim approaches, immediately receives a winning ticket. It turns out that several people won at once. Of these, not dummies, only one victim.
Further, to get a win, you need to bargain for it and give more money. As a result, the victim leaves either without goods, or with goods that are much cheaper than the money given for him.

Recently, SMS-cam with a win of some junk (disguised as a raffle from a radio or some channel), for which you need to transfer money, have become commonplace and no one is serious about them.

But yesterday, quite high-quality spam came via SMS, in which trust causes the presence of a quite tolerable site:
    Pozdrovlyaem !!!
Vy stali obladatelem 1 iz 3
    avtomobilei AUDI A6.
    Podrob.po tel:
    +7 (909) 9989531.
    +7 (909) 9986716.
    +7 (495) 7470710.
    www.Prem-auto.ru

So, how do you identify fraudsters (mainly indirectly):
    1. SMS from a mobile number
    2. Typos in SMS
    3. Car dealership seems to be selling Audi, but the domain does not contain the word Audi (is mandatory for official dealers)
    4. the company does not have a logo and the word Audi in the name (valid for almost all of the dealers)
    5. In the news about the 1000th customer, photos from someone else's car dealership
    6. Finally, the Audi website does not have information about such a car dealership
    7. In general, the site is poorly tailored different static (?) html
    8. Yandex does not know anything about such a car dealership yandex.ru/yandsearch?text=premium+motor
    9. The domain is registered striated just a few days ago nic.ru/whois/?query=prem-auto.ru. In contacts left e-mail.

On the site a lot of attention is paid to texts that will prove that SMS is not spam at all, but a newsletter from a long-existing salon. There are many crooked sites. Not everyone can check whois.

In general, an inexperienced Internet user, and even more so an ordinary layman who has reached the site, will surely fall into the wiring of scammers.

Well, the 10th point. The contacts deliberately indicated the senior manager with a clerical error, but we go to the search engine, we search for the full name without a mistake Savichev Sergey Viktorovich (for indexing - Savichev Seergei Viktorovich) and we find the essence of the divorce:

A message arrived at 04:34 at night))) I won 1 of 3 Audi A6 cars :))) Well, I woke up in the morning, called))) I was delighted by the Chief Manager of the department:
    Savichev Sergey Viktorovich
+7 (962) 903-33-19 ext. number 017 that my number really became a prize and I won the car. Their address is Highway Enthusiasts, ow. 1 p. 1. But for this I need to deposit an amount of 28700 thousand rubles within an hour)))) Well, I got off the bed and went to put money in))) I think on the way let my operator call and find out what the employee tells me about the action the beeline replied that there are no audi and this is a scam :)))) It's a pity, but I really thought I would drive around Audi :)))))

Be careful and the question is how to deal with them? The bizhost.ru hosting refused to disconnect comrades by letter. Apparently the rules of decency are not accepted.
