Facebook accused of promoting syphilis

In the UK, Facebook has been accused of allegedly contributing to the spread of syphilis. This was stated by the head of the Teesside Health Department Peter Kelly. According to him, in recent years in the north-east of England, where Facebook is extremely popular, the number of syphilis diseases has quadrupled.
