Unrealistically bad job search site

A series of degrading companies that violate human dignity and site reviews, I will start with Career Day 5.0, located at http://www.career-day.ru/spb/ . This is an unreal disgrace. In the design of the site the style of "corporate Gothic" was chosen. The composition begins with a scoreboard with a moving line of meaningless text. In the center of the site we see an openwork, carefully licked stained glass window from senseless, but filled with highly corporate spirituality arrows made "under the aqua of translucent". Two retouched office gargoyles complete the picture.

    career-day.ru

Gargoyle - a dragon, is used in the design of architectural monuments in the Gothic style. Since there is no sense in portraying people on the site (who is this? What are they doing here? What should they tell me?), These people act as the “filler of design with corporate meaning”. It is a stereotype widespread among not-so-distant people that strict clothes add intelligence and organization. The stereotype comes from the early clip-art “about businessmen talking on a phone the size of a brick” presumably from the late 80s. That is, it is a ritual element to cover up the lack of ideas.

The format of the site as a ritual object is most often chosen from the desire to please each visitor; make the so-called "Blowjob just in case" to all readers, including search robots. In fact, the general composition with arrows and two gargoyles produces a clear sense of deception, since it is used by everyone who wants to ride on the terms “success, money, leadership, send today 10 rubles and get 100 tomorrow.” This is a total disgrace and evidence of creative impotence of all who participated in this project.

    Further.

Under the gargoyles' elbows, the money for the design ran out and then everything was mixed together indiscriminately.

I just don’t know where to start here, because why don’t touch it, everything leads to some senseless despondency. After carefully reading the site, I tried to restore the meaning, and go from it.

    Idea

The purpose of the event is that there are many students who need work and many employers who need young specialists. As a result, someone will find a job, and someone will find workers. This is a fairly simple and understandable idea that comes out from afar through the last paragraphs of text on the first page. Or does not appear.

    What should visitors do

Students must submit the form, employers do not know what they must do. Probably call. The result of visiting the site is unclear, and it is not clear how the student will guess to fill out this form. The main thing is how he will guess why he needs it at all.

Good job project will not be called

The panicky fear of the organizers in demonstrating the result leads to reports and reviews in the style of "we had a great time hanging out." The main question is: “Has anyone found a job?” This distinguishes the project from a serious matter. Result.

    Actually, recommendations.

    1. Talk about the event without the use of long abstruse words.
    2. Show people who have already been to the event and their opinions.
    3. Show unambiguously clear entry points for two classrooms: students and employers.
    4. Make up reports on past events in html (you would have posted them in typhus).
    5. In extreme cases, pay the designer to finish the site to the very bottom.
    6. Search for people who have found a job. Get their event recommendations.
    7. Everyone who writes in the forms of "Full Name" is waiting for the career of a janitor. Decent people use the "What is your name" design. Polite such design.
    8. Even decent people do not make up this form.

    Summary

This is probably a good thing, but it looks like shit.

People send links to review sites voluntarily , all reviews are located under the tag " site reviews ".
