Draw 3D images in Inkscape

Inkscape is a relatively young but progressive vector outline editor (like Adobe Illustrator and Corel DRAW). The program is cross-platform, distributed free of charge and with source code. The main image format is SVG (scalable vector graphics, the W3C standard recommended for publishing vector images on the Internet).

I want to talk about working with the program, and at the same time about how to fill a vector image with the example of creating my own picture with a snowman.

Snowman. Drawn in Inkscape. The author is Yuri Apostol.

The article was written specifically for Linuxgraphics.ru . Please read there.
