The court found Psystar guilty

There it was. The case will continue. And, it seems, the trial may drag out.
Psystar was found guilty yesterday of violating the enormous amount of California Fruit copyright and patents, modifying the kernel and removing extensions from it, and therefore breaking the software for commercial gain.
Psystar’s lawsuit against Apple’s abuse of the Mac market was also denied. The court decided that Apple only protects its own software under the law.
Psystar also has to answer for violation and use of other people's trademarks, in unfair competition and in a number of lawsuits. An appeal to a higher court PsyStar can do before February 2010.
Psystar is an American company that has been distributing computers under the OpenComputer brand since 2008, with the option of preinstalling the Mac OS X Leopard operating system as an option. Thus, Psystar is the first company to commercially distribute hackintosh computers.
