Help advice, I would like to organize an Internet project, a website for people (SDL). Ready to devote an hour and a half a day. At the initial stage, it is possible to invest up to 300-500 thousand rubles.
The goal - over time, to achieve a passive income of 30 thousand rubles / month.
I am considering risk-free, proven options, perhaps some kind of a thematic site, a collective blog. The main thing is to have a predictable and guaranteed exhaust.
Anyone who has experience, interesting thoughts and constructive ideas will be very grateful.

I myself am going to actively participate in the development of the site. And the indicated money is rather an additional resource, and can be spent on the purchase of content, promotion, design, programming, etc.

At the moment, I like the option the most - a collective blog in a narrow topic (niche) with simple community functionality, a rating system for posts and authors, authors receive the% earned by their post, author and translated content.
There are several topics interesting to me, with little competition, in which, according to my estimates, you can succeed.
But the idea of organizing the service was frightened off by the lack of time and money, after all, an information site takes less resources and is less risky. Yes and no, yet a brilliant idea for an Internet service.
