apt get --torrent

Idea for debian and ubuntu developers. Why not cross apt-get with the torrent client. This will result in partial independence from the central server with repositories. Thus, the load on the server channel with repositories will significantly decrease by the time of release of releases.

Let the server send a torrent file with all the packages from the repository at the request of apt-get. apt-get in torrent client mode downloads only the requested ones, installs and starts distributing packages from its cache. When the cache is cleared, distribution ceases.
