
Quick Rest Technique
Today, I read this topic: The earliest stress management and would like to share another (rather the opposite) technique for relaxation.
I use the method of quick rest and raising the working mood:
Sit comfortably in a chair, take a spoon in your left or right hand. Put any desirable metal object to the left or right of the chair (so that the spoon hits it loudly). You can put a plate. Now place the hand in which you hold the spoon so that if the spoon falls, then be sure to hit the object. Relax close your eyes and try to sleep (it's not difficult), while not letting go of the spoon.
Result: as soon as the first (very initial) phase of sleep sets in, control over the body will disappear, the hand will relax, the spoon will fall, make a noise and you will immediately wake up, but already completely rested.
The technique is very invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I recommend to try.
