Production of souvenir usb flash drives with an original design (question)

I’m thinking about designing and making flash drives. By manufacture is meant only the production of cases with an original design and the cramming of finished internals there. Only the problem is where to get these insides.

Can any of the habrahumi tell me where you can wholesale cheaply order flash drives without a case? :) I would be very grateful for any information and undertake to write articles about the difficulties and successes of the enterprise, if I do this.
What do you think about such a business?
