habraforum

Since often some personal questions are written in personal blogs that are not of interest to readers, but only interesting to the writer, there is a proposal to create a habraforum, well, or a separate blog on the hub that would not get to the main one under any circumstances. It would be nice to prohibit lowering karma for questions in this forum / blog, but you can’t do this (except to make questions anonymous)
