I went to free-lance.ru today and was very disappointed. My favorite customer search site becomes “partially” paid.
Now any user of the site without a PRO account has the opportunity to answer three projects a day for free.
The rest of the answers sent to users that day (except for the first three) will be paid.
Users with a PRO account can respond to any number of projects without restrictions.
It seems like it's time to look for an alternative.
