The game Shatterhand in our country was sold in the form of the Japanese version, about which no one knew anything. The name was written in hieroglyphs, which now, despite the Internet, the presence of a bunch of anime fans and online translators from Japanese, also will not say anything to the average person. Below was the subtitle "Super Rescue." Pirate cartridges were sold with a Robocop 3 sticker, although Shatterhand had nothing to do with the movie and the game of the same name (yes, there was such a Robocop 3 game), except for the plot.
As in many eight-bit programs, the plot was presented in the form of pictures that clearly told us that in the 2030s people learned to replace parts of the body with cybernetic implants. As always, there were those who wanted to take the world into their own hands and soon the armies of cyborgs were created, commanded by the villain General Gus Grover. To combat him and his henchmen, they came up with the Law and Order Regulatory Division (LORD). Scientists from PEPOZiP invented their cyborgs and their implants, one of which is cybernetic hands. These hands were immediately given to policeman Steve Herman. Cyborgs crumpled it a little, having broken bones, therefore handles were very useful to him. That's what we play for.
The game was released in 1991 and it was one of the few militants who liked immediately and unconditionally. Everything was in place - and excellent graphics and gameplay with helpers (by collecting the Greek letters alpha, beta, gamma, you could choose a robot defender) and great music.
