Nvidia accuses Intel of dumping

Director Nvidia accused Intel company in unfair pricing. According to him, Atom chips are sold individually for $ 45, and chipsets of three chips with the same Atom - for $ 25. Like, the largest chip maker specifically uses dumping to establish exclusive control over the netbook market.

Of course, Intel executives reject all allegations of unfair competition. They say that they do not force anyone to buy chipsets for $ 25, and each buyer has complete freedom to buy processors for $ 45.

Nvidia is not going to file a complaint with the antitrust authorities, although it reserves the right to do so in the future. For similar "tricks" Intel last week, the European Commission imposed a fine of 1.06 billion euros in a lawsuit from AMD.
