The first unofficial photos of HTC’s new Android smartphone Hero appeared on CodeAndroid.org .
The photo was sent by an “anonymous reader”, who also said that the launch of smartphone sales is planned for the third quarter of this year.
The fact that HTC Hero will indeed become the next HTC Android smartphone has been repeatedly confirmed: this was reported in the company's roadmap for 2009, as well as in the announcement of the French branch of the operator Orange, which announced its intention to sell HTC Hero with Android this year.
