Case Study Using Gimao

Now, let's create attributes of this type.

To do this, select the attribute type “Classification”.
Now let's create a structure that will, in principle, symbolize materials for a particular course.
Such a structure will have a heading “Course Name” and sub-attributes “Training Books” and “Notes”.
Click OK, the attribute is created.
Everything, our type is created, click OK again.
Now you can basically create the entire group “Training Materials”, click “Save Locally” - that is, save the group locally, do not publish it on Gimao.com.
Now that our group is created, you just need to use it, fill it with specific materials for a specific subject.
For example, let's fill it with Math materials.
First, create a new “Maths” folder.
All that is needed is a right click ...
And give a name ...
Now we will create a specific new training material, say algebra.
Right click again.
Training material, a new entry, a new “file” has been created.
Then click “Edit” and start filling out.
In the field Books enter a specific PDF file with the book.
All our record has been created, you can click on “Save Locally.”
All that remains for us now is to put out everything that we have done on the Gimao.com website so that other users of the Gimao network can use this material.
Press the Publish button.
Our group, file system and record fly to the server
Now, through the group search window, anyone can find our community and add / download its data.
