Internet at school
In the school where I once studied, WiFi has recently appeared, which, on the one hand, has added joy to everyone, and on the other, has added new problems: how to use it correctly?
The main questions are as follows:
On the one hand, the Internet can be useful in studies - these are huge amounts of information that are not found in textbooks or reference books.
On the other hand, this can lead to abuse both in the lessons (I didn’t think, but went to Google, found the answer to the question), and at breaks (reading Wikipedia articles about the Russian language, etc.)
I am inclined to believe that access can be done for everyone and always, but only on the intranet, where there will be only what, according to the teachers, is really necessary and useful to students.
The main questions are as follows:
- Giving or not giving students access to the network?
- If so, under what conditions? Only at breaks, only at the big break, or always?
- Allow access only to the intranet or allow access to the global?
- If you allow the Internet, then what resources should I give access to?
