Psychological tests based on GoogleDocs

    I work as the head of the sales department and I often have to select candidates for the position of manager. In addition to standard interviews, in which I rather sell a vacancy than a candidate sells myself, we use the science of Socionics in our work.

    This is essentially an applied psychology written by mathematicians to quickly determine the psychological type of a person. There are four criteria that have two meanings: Extrovert / Introvert, Sensory / Intuitive, Logical / Ethical, Rational / Irrational. As a result, we get 16 psychotypes. Anyone interested in the details - please go to Wikipedia .

    So, there are many sites where you can check your psychotype, but I wanted to make my own tool that you can use corporate.
    First, Excel was used for this.
    Everything is quite simple (from the point of view of a mathematician) - there are 100 questions (25 for each criterion), of which a psychotype matrix is obtained using formulas and coefficients, for example: Extrovert + Intuitive + Logical + Rational gives, in accordance with the table, the JACK psychotype (which Jack London, not a ripper).

    Recently made this test in the form of a Form on GoogleDocs. It turned out, in my opinion, convenient and beautiful, and you can send the link to anyone you want directly by e-mail. Naturally, all the results are collected in your table and you can easily “raise the data”.

    To everyone who wants to take the test and just look, I suggest going to the link:
    spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=p8YGcxcvXMN9NNxgh9sKRWQ&hl=en
    IMPORTANT!Starting from 12/15/2008, everyone who has just passed the test will be able to see their result on my blog: gumoza.ru/iTips/69 The results of the last 14 who passed the test will be broadcast there. So after passing the test - hurry up to see your result :)

    UPD . It turned out to be very many (in the first 10 minutes more than 50 answers). Do not be offended if the answer does not come right away. It's a shame that so many people passed the test, and there are not so many pluses to the topic :(
    UPD2 . Those who did not receive an answer by e-mail - write in a personal message to the Habr. I will definitely answer.
    (I have a feeling that my letter is recognized as SPAM and some did not receive it.)
    UPD3. More than 200 requests came. Thank you all for passing the test. Starting from 9-40 (12-12-2008) I will not be able to answer questions (because I send the answer with pens). Who really liked the idea of taking the socionics test - in the comments there is advice on which sites you can take it.

    If you want to know your psychotype - enter your email - I will send you an answer.
    If a lot of people respond - we will do an analytical report on psychotypes on Habré :)

    UP4. Sociology on HABR (as promised) based on the results of about 200 answers:

    UPD 5 . At the moment, about 350 answers have come - here is a more complete picture of all.

    UPD 5 . Having made a little analysis, it turned out:
    Most of all on Habré - Maxioff and Balzakov - both introverted logics.
    Gabin and Robespierre are also introverted logics, they are slightly less (but also enough).

    If you look at the parameters, then:
    * Introverts - 57%
    * Sensors - 51%
    * Logicians - 81%
    * Irrational - 51%
