How not to catch a cold

In connection with the latest events in the weather, the following idea visited me, because we live in the 3rd millennium and there is nothing complicated in what I propose.

The essence of the idea is to prevent a naked person from entering the cold.

To do this, it is proposed to create a complex of the following components:

    Thermometer, or something more serious.
Monitor, or temperature indicator + speaker.
A bunch of small chips, with a transmitter receiver (something like RFID).
A special lock or lotion to the normal.
    All sorts of additional sensors.

We place all this in the following places: a
thermometer on the street, an indicator + a speaker in front of the exit door, chips in clothes, a lock where it used to be, sensors depending on the destination.

    How it works:
The temperature for which this clothing accessory is designed is flashed into the chips. When a signal from the lock (at the moment the door is opened, there’s still some need to check if anyone has come for example using photocells like in the metro), the clothes chips that are worn by the user (you also need to figure out how to implement the check) correspond to the levels of supported temperature, in case of inconsistency (you go out in the winter in slippers) it disgustingly beeps and blinks with an indicator (that they say you’re completely foolish)

Something like this, in the future firmware and sewing chips (since the electronics cost a penny) can be transferred to factories onnoy production, and the electronic filling of the external units of the system to reduce in price and size.
