What is better in office Wii or Xbox?

We are moving to a new office, we have a desire to make a game room for employees, we have darts and other casual stuff, but we also want to touch on digital. We decided to put a plasma panel and a game console to it.

If someone has experience with consoles, advise something. I heard briefly from Mr. deniskin that they have a Wii, why is it it?
