Google’s new service helps measure ad performance


    The new Ad Manager service from the search giant enables webmasters to receive reports on the effectiveness of advertising on sites. A free service allows you to determine which ad slots bring the most profit.

    Using Ad Manager, you can track the performance of not only ads placed using the AdSense system, but also any other that is on the site. In addition, Ad Manager features include displaying ads on the site taking into account the characteristics of users, such as the browser used, language, operating system, Internet connection speed, etc.

    To participate in Ad Manager, you must submit an application on the service’s website.
