Organization of personnel management processes using IT-technologies (implementation of the Internet portal):

    I want to ask a question to programmers, (I myself am not - I am an expert in HR (Human Resource)). Who may be interested in such a project as the creation of an intranet portal to automate all HR processes.

    The essence of the project is to automate all HR processes in an organization (no matter which one), i.e. for example: a new employee comes to work. He is seated at his desk and turned on the computer. And he has already made a personal page on which a training plan for the probationary period and official duties that he must perform are laid out. He goes or writes to his manager, I want to do this or that, and together they plan a work plan for a trial period. A trial period passes. And here, an assessment should happen. The new employee sends out adaptable questionnaires for his position to his colleagues and manager. Feedback comes back to him and the head’s decision on further work and feedback from colleagues and possibly subordinates. He based on his opinion and the opinions of colleagues and everyone else, if he is left to work, of course, he prescribes an individual plan for training and development, a career plan. Approximately the same pattern is an assessment of the employee. For example, to carry out the selection to the Personnel Reserve, once a year the whole company evaluates, some other tools or questionnaires may be added - the feedback with the assessment will still come in automatically, whether the employee is added to the personnel reserve for promotion or not. Etc. - So you can automate all processes. And here I don’t forget about communications - they, of course, also line up with the help of IT-technologies.
