As promised - the configurator for Tagg!
By popular demand, I post the preliminary version of the configurator. It is console and supports three main commands - add, del and list.
Short manual:
Properties and extensions can be enumerated with a space or a comma; an extension can be specified without a dot at the beginning.

PS Who has 64-bit Vista, you can test Tagg.dll from the x64 folder. I myself wonder what will come of it)
Short manual:
TaggConf add [tags] [comment] [rating] on .ext [.ext2 ...]Adds the properties specified after "add" to the extensions specified after "on".

TaggConf del * on .ext [.ext2 ...]Removes all / only specified properties from specified extensions. If there are no properties left on the extension, then the handler is also deleted from it.
