Now waki works on Ctrl-Enter

Thanks to rat proposals, I decided for the third time to return the ability to open waki by pressing Ctrl-Enter , as was done with Orphus. However, I left the opportunity to use waki and just to highlight, without resorting to keystrokes. After all, the user unconsciously highlighting the text with the mouse marks it, and it is quite possible to send it to your own e-mail in order to remember it forever in your inbox. In general, this is a choice.
