Opera-9.5 is ten times faster than IE

    In a recent interview for PC Magazine, Opera Software CEO Jon von Techner shared his assessment of the current state of the Opera browser on the market. In particular, after AOL abandoned the further development of the Netscape browser, Opera became the “oldest” browser on the market. Moreover, over the years, he only becomes prettier and becomes more energetic. According to Jon, the upcoming version of Opera-9.5 will work twice as fast as the previous version, and 10 times faster than Internet Explorer. The final release of Opera-9.5 is scheduled for summer this year. Jon also said that the number of Opera Mini users has already exceeded the figure of 30 million, while about 100,000 people download this browser every day.
