“The value of the .UA domain for a country is very simple to explain. At the same time, specialists observed record growth dynamics: if the first 100 thousand names within .UA were typed for 11 years (from 1992 to 2003), and the second hundred - 3 years (from 2003 to 2006), then the last hundred thousand Ukrainian domains users managed to register in just a year. “At the same time, you need to understand that 300 thousand domains are not 300 thousand sites,” adds Natalya Oleinikova. According to her, among the names registered in the .UA zone, many are the so-called "parked" - existing, but not yet used.
