My flexible luminous keyboard

About three weeks ago, I decided to buy a keyboard for my laptop, since working on it myself is rather inconvenient. I went to Habr and the first post saw a flexible, luminous, waterproof keyboard Brando . Then usb.Brando , order, PayPal, shipping address. Here today came the parcel.

First about the delivery. Brando didn't lie. That delivery will be carried out in 7-20 days. The keyboard went to me for 18 days. Although the first week, the order status was "Pending". To the question of what the problem was, the answer was that the goods had ended at the warehouse, and would be sent soon, upon receipt. The nearest time came in a week, from the day of order.

I'll get back to the device itself. The keyboard itself flew to me in this form.
    Parcel Post with Brando
A plain and rumpled parcel wrapped with tape.
Inside was a box with a keyboard. Photo taken after extraction. She is so dead and she arrived.

But in fact, it was not up to the box. Inside, I found only instructions, a keyboard and a USB - PS / 2 adapter.
Now about the keyboard itself. All her charms were listed in the topic .
    Keyboard itself

Although at first negative qualities were evident. And there were quite a few of them ... (read about the positive aspects here or there .)
    • She is wide. Wider than a regular keyboard somewhere around 5-10 cm.
    • The instructions say that you need to bend the keyboard lightly, and do not press. It is twisted into a roll, it is quite problematic.
    • The buttons are inconvenient to press. Get used to long and painfully.
    • Only the background is highlighted. Buttons themselves in the dark do not make out.
    • There is no Russian layout.
    • It is impossible to work not on the table. It is unrealistic to print anything on something soft or on your knees.
    • If you press a button, you can not only from above, but also from the bottom of the keyboard. If something rolls under it, sticky buttons are provided. It is problematic to transfer the keyboard without pressing a key
    • Ergonomics are just awful.
    • Near the 2 space bar there are two more. They do not carry any functionality, but often fall under the finger instead of a space.

Some of these points can be ignored (for example, the Russian layout), but after looking at the rest you can see how much the application area and usability of the device are reduced.
Conclusions: this keyboard does not fit like a keyboard to a laptop, except for working on a table. A great gift for a geek, but useless to a normal user whose knowledge of the keyboard is not perfect. It is also not known what will happen to hands (brushes) after long work. At first, my hands get very tired.

Although it is impossible not to notice the pluses. More precisely, one great joy:
