Denver in your pocket.
We put Denver on a flash drive.
The idea came to me due to the fact that there is a large computer and laptop at home.
I decided to try to put on a flash drive and not suffer. I inserted it into the computer, launched run.exe and you work, it’s finished, you insert it into another computer, you continue working. In this case, all changes are immediately made on a flash drive.
What did, in order:
Installation is complete.
Now you need to copy the projects to the flash drive:
That, in fact, is all.
But there is another option - put Denver at the root of the flash drive. Then a virtual disk is not created, which seems more convenient to me. To do this, during
installation, specify not the folder on the flash drive, but only the name of the flash drive.
There was a small problem with the launch of Denver on Vista. I could not add the host list to the file “C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts”. Too
much security there. The problem was solved as follows - “LMB-> Launch on behalf of the Administrator” and it all worked.
It is clear that you periodically need to throw off the changes made to the computer, otherwise you never know what.

What did, in order:
1. Run the Denver installation.
2. In the directory name, specify the address of the folder on the flash drive itself. We confirm.
3. Select the letter of the created virtual disk. I chose W, Z is already busy with ordinary denver. We confirm.
4. The type of download select "2". A virtual disk will be created at server startup.
Installation is complete.
Now you need to copy the projects to the flash drive:
1. The project files themselves in the appropriate folder on the flash drive.
2. Databases are in the "root \ usr \ local \ mysql4 \ data \ database name" - in the same folder on the flash drive.
That, in fact, is all.
