for those who want to quickly create a survey on their site. You just need to fill in the fields and get the html code. You can insert the widget into your blog in the form of a post (when, for example, you need to know the opinion on the subject) or place it on the sidebar.
While there is no registration and changes to the survey, but this issue should be resolved over time.
