Why do you need internet on a PDA?

Recently, I’m thinking about making a web service for PDAs. But I am not a PDA user 8)

I wonder why PDA users use mobile Internet.

After a survey of acquaintances and friends, it turned out something like the following:

- IM client;
- spurs for the university;
- Yandex. Traffic jams;
- soap.

Something is sparse ... What do you say?
