The striped mobile operator Beeline decided to purchase the Next Generation Messaging solution, developed by NeuStar , to organize an instant messaging service.
The press release said that IMSC (IM Service Center) will provide the ability to use a mobile IM client for all 48 million Beeline subscribers across the country.
However, according to some reports, there are not so many devices that can support this function on the market - about 25% of the existing ones.
