Elimination of domains for news reprint

This morning, the Solntsevsky District Court issued an unprecedented in its
stupidity and savagery ruling, unique in its kind.
In the lawsuit filed by the Secret of Firm Publishing House, the judge ordered that two
domains (livesport.ru and livestream.ru) be canceled for reprinting four articles from
Gazeta.ru. Also
, it was decided to recover 10,000 rubles from the defendant, the owner of the Livesport.Ru and LiveStream.Ru sites .

That the grounds for such a verdict are absolutely absurd is half the trouble
(the editorial policy of Gazeta.Ru, instituted by me 8 years ago and kept by
Vlad Borodulin, allowed the reprint of any materials under the conditions of a
mandatory link, and on each page of Gazeta.Ru about this was clear
it is written in Russian). Complete and final kick-off - cancellation
of domain registration on the basis of copyright claims to the media located
at the appropriate address. After all, the domains rambler.ru and rbc.ru can be
canceled quite easily (the first - in connection with the use of
the same newspaper on news.rambler.ru, the second - in the wake of the
Vedomosti lawsuit won ).

I really hope that this ridiculous verdict will be appealed.
And for colleagues from Gazeta.ru and the "Secret of the company" I am frankly ashamed.
It is clear that there was more dense ignorance in their motives than meanness.
But all
domain holders in the RU zone will have to pay for the creation of such filthy precedents .
