Moo: Web 2.0 style business cards

It turns out that the physical size of Web 2.0 is 70 × 28 mm. These are the dimensions of the new Moo business cards , which have become terribly popular among the “new generation” Internet users. This is another label by which users of Flickr, Second Life and Digg recognize each other.

For comparison, the size of ordinary business cards of the past generation is 86 × 54 mm, and they are made out according to strict design rules. Moo cards are the exact opposite. They are usually designed as colorful as possible, with personalized images, for example, with avatars from Second Life.

You can issue and order cards directly online using Flickr photos. If you assign a whole photo stream, then on each card there will be a new photo. This is what particularly creative users do .

In the six months since its inception, Moo has printed several hundred thousand cards for orders from 120 countries, including China and even North Korea.
