FCC will check Internet providers

In 2005, the US Federal Communications Commission ( FCC ) endorsed the four principles of "network neutrality." According to them, providers do not have the right to reduce the speed of access to sites that do not want to sign a special agreement with them to expedite delivery. It is, first of all, about “heavy” sites that load communication channels with a huge amount of traffic.

Now the FCC is going to check the providers' compliance with this very neutrality. Based on the results of the check, additional rules for the work of providers will probably be introduced.

I wonder how to punish those who do not comply with these principles?
