Google does not refuse Flash
This short article decided to appear after questions rained up on me regarding Google news and that they were supposedly going to kill the flash completely.
Chris Campbell, product manager of the Adobe Flash Runtime Project, answers the question of the future Flash within the Google Chrome browser.

Let me remind you that these are the words of a person who has the maximum knowledge of the situation and it is he who negotiates at the corporate level about the future of Flash. My advice is simple - trust news sites less where such a scheme works:

I have not heard anyone suggest completely blocking Flash for use.
Google’s solution is a simple “click to run” model at the domain level.
If you once allowed to launch Flash content on a specific site, then this entire site (including its iframes) will
launch Flash content without any additional actions on the part of the user and on subsequent visits.
Google will also continue to ship Flash Player in its installations and updates.
