From Google Earth demanded to remove the "Hitler Mountain"

Andreas Wiedemann, mayor of the German city of Bad Tölz, south of Munich, demanded that Google Earth employees remove the reference to the so-called "Hitler mountain" located near Bavaria.

According to the mayor, this name was assigned to the 1205-meter mountain for a very short time, during the Third Reich, and after the end of World War II, the name Heigelkopf was returned to it.

According to representatives of Google Earth, such an error was the result of a "technical malfunction."
