Cuba moves to open source software

The Cuban government has announced its intention to transfer the state business turnover to "open rails", writes CNet . Thus, this communist country will become even more independent from the United States and Microsoft.

At present, the Cuban customs service computers are already equipped with open-source software, and the ministries of education, communications and culture plan to do this in the near future.

At the same time, the number of open-source supporters (among computer users, of course) in the country is growing rapidly - there are already about 3 thousand of them.
