They wrote a note about the lawsuit against Delit.net, published the day before in Commerce, focusing on its affiliation with RBC. Vedomosti unearthed official information about this, diluting it with stupid excuses from RBC (like "Igor Zuev refused to confirm that he works at RBC, although Vedomosti got through to him through a telephony media holding.").
“If a Russian public company hid risks from the shareholders, under the law on joint-stock companies, shareholders can file a lawsuit against the directors of the company,” said Igor Sosnovsky, lawyer at Latham & Watkins. It’s all the same, but here’s the sad result: “If RBC really owns Delit, it will be easier for them to close the site,” says Elena Bazhenova, an analyst with MDM Bank, “this will avoid claims from copyright holders abroad.”
