If you use or used Russian-language Windows XP, then you may have encountered a problem when copying and pasting formatted text, which is adding the phrase NormalTerminList of DefinitionsList addressesQuoted formatted before the quote. This problem arose due to excessive localization - the technical parameters were partially translated.
If this is still relevant for you, then I propose a correction.
The first (simple) option : replace the \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ html.iec file with the corrected one ( download ).
The second (manual) option : any resource editor in the \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ html.iec file needs to change the listed string data to the following:
In branch 127:
2016, “Normal”
2023, “Address”
2024, “Blockquote”
2027, “Definition Term”
2028, “Definition List”
In branch 128:
2036, “Preformatted”
2042, “z-Bottom of Form”
2043 , Z-Top of Form
