Cisco sues Apple for use of iPhone brand

    Well, in less than a few days, Cisco sued Apple for illegally using the iPhone brand. Cisco has owned the registered iPhone trademark since 2000 when it acquired InfoGear Technology Corp., which originally registered the name with itself.

    Cisco Vice President Mark Chandler: “If you have an iPhone today, it doesn’t mean that the iPhone will be tomorrow.”
