Alexey Tutubalin published a review of TIC changes from October to January on ~ 200 thousand sites.
Key findings:
* TIC fell seriously, about a quarter (if you take the average);
* To the greatest extent this affected sites with relatively high TICs, if the TIC was more than 100, then with a probability of 85% it fell;
* Letters from Yandex support “tits fell at some sites” is a clear understatement of the size of the problem.
