The parcel was detained at the Russian customs, and the police started criminal case under article 138.1 of the Criminal Code.
Under this article of the Criminal Code, a woman faces a fine of up to 200 thousand rubles, the press service of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Irkutsk region reported . The article also provides for punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for up to four years and in the form of forced labor for up to four years.
