"Kalashnikov" showed the concept of a combat robot and electric motorcycle for the civilian market

At the international forum “Army-2018”, the Russian concern “Kalashnikov” presented the “concept of a direct-controlling complex”. The long-term goal of using an anthropomorphic complex weighing 4.5 tons is “solving engineering and combat tasks”.

Judging by the photos, the robot at this stage is just a beautiful model without an electronic filling. The model adorns the entrance to the pavilion of the exhibition. According to RBC, the working name of the robot is “Igor”.

Unlike the robot, the UM-1 (Urban Moto) electric motorcycle for the civilian market is a fully functional product. The manufacturer notes that the bike is easy to operate, low noise and minimal maintenance requirements.

    Technical characteristics of UM-1:

    • Motor type: brushless dc motor
    • Power: 15 kW
    • Maximum speed: 100 km / h
    • Power reserve: 150 km
    • Weight: 165-245 kg
    • Battery type: LiFePO4, LiPO
    • Drive Type: Chain
    • Front / rear suspension travel: 200/200
