The magic of numbers in decimal numbers

    KDPV

The article is written in addition to the previous one at the request of the community.

In this article, we will deal with the magic of numbers in decimal numbers. And we will consider the numbering not only accepted in ESKD (Unified system of design documentation), but also in ESPD (Unified system of program documentation) and KSAS (Complex of standards for automated systems), since Harb is largely composed of IT specialists.

In accordance with the requirements of ESKD, ESPD and KSAS standards, each product (program, system) must be assigned a designation - decimal number.

The designation is assigned in accordance with the rules established in the standards. It was invented by people in ancient times to unify and simplify the identification of products and documentation, keeping records and archives.

We will figure out a simple procedure for assigning a decimal number so that it does not seem to be an ancient ritual, and the numbers assigned are magic numbers.

For each set of standards, we will consider the procedure separately.

    Unified design documentation system

In ESKD, the system for designating products and their design documents is established by GOST 2.201-80 Unified Design Documentation System (ESKD). Designation of products and design documents (as Amended) .

Each product has its own unique designation.

The product designation can be assigned in two ways:

    • centrally - within the framework of the procedure determined by the ministry, department, within the industry;
    • decentralized - in accordance with the rules adopted by the organization-developer.

The structure of the product designation and the main design document is shown in Figure 1.

    Product designation structure
Fig. 1 - Product designation structure

The code of the organization-developer of the design documentation is four-letter alphabetic, consisting of letters of the type ABVG, is assigned by the codifier of the developer organizations.

To obtain a four-digit alphabetic code, the organization-developer must contact FSUE STANDARTINFORM . Please note that this service is paid. For example: NVP Bolid enterprise has a four-digit letter code of the organization-developer " ATSDR ", ZAO "Bastion" - " FIAS ".

For civilian products, instead of a four-digit letter code, it is allowed to use a code from the All-Russian classifier of enterprises and organizations ( OKPO) enterprise-developer. The OKPO code (eight- or ten-digit number) is a mandatory requisite of any organization and changes only when the enterprise changes its direction and specifics of activity, otherwise it remains constant for the entire life of the company.

The code of the classification characteristic is assigned to the product and the design document for the classifier of products and design documents of mechanical engineering and instrumentation (ESKD Classifier). In the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Classifier of Products and Design Documents is in force , OK 012-93, is a systematic set of names of classification groupings of objects of classification - products of the main and auxiliary production of all sectors of the national economy, general technical documents and their codes and is an integral part of the Unified system of classification and coding of technical and economic information.

The classification characteristic is the main part of the designation of the product and its design document. The classification characteristic code is assigned according to the ESKD Classifier and is a six-digit number sequentially indicating the class (first two characters), subclass, group, subgroup, type (one character). The ESKD classifier is built on a hierarchical decimal method based on a logical transition from the general to the particular in the classified set.

The designation structure of the classification characteristic code has the form:
    Classification Code Code Structure
Fig. 2 - Classification code code structure

The classifier is accompanied by detailed recommendations for the search and determination of the code for the classification characteristics of the product.

For example, you should define a classification characteristic code for a single-channel power supply with a supply voltage of 220V AC at a frequency of 50Hz with a stabilized output DC voltage of 12V and an active power of 60W.

First you need to determine the class number in the grid of classes and subclasses by product name.
In this case, class 43XXXX “Microcircuits, semiconductor, electro-vacuum, piezoelectric, quantum electronics, resistors, connectors, power converters, and secondary power supply” class is suitable .

Subclass 436XXX should also be selected there."Systems and sources of secondary power supply . "

According to the grid of groups, subgroups and types, you should determine the group in the selected subclass, based on the characteristics of the developed device: 4362XX " Single -channel secondary power supplies with input alternating single-phase voltage" , subgroup: 43623X "With constant constant voltage output and output parameters" and type: 436234 “Power, watts 10 to 100 incl. voltage, V up to 100 incl. " .

Thus, the classification characteristic code for a single-channel power supply with a supply voltage of 220V AC at a frequency of 50Hz with a stabilized output DC voltage of 12V and an active power of 60W will be: 436234 .

The serial registration number is assigned according to the classification characteristic from 001 to 999 within the code of the organization-developer with a decentralized designation of the designation, and with centralized assignment - within the code of the organization allocated for centralized assignment.

For example, this number may be the serial number of the entry in the product designation record card. The form and procedure for maintaining the designation registration card is established in GOST 2.201-80.

Thus, for the considered example for choosing the classification characteristic, the product designation can look like this: FIAS.436234.610

The designation of a non-basic design document should consist of the product designation and the document code established by ESKD standards, written to the product designation without a space, assigned in accordance with table 3 GOST 2.102-2013 "Types and completeness of design documents . "
Designation of a non-core design document
    Fig. 3 - Designation of a non-core design document

For example, the electrical circuit diagram: FIAS.436234.610E3

Designation of product versions and documents with a group and basic method of design documents execution, a serial number of performance is added to the product designation through a hyphen. With the group method of executing documents, one execution should be conditionally taken as the main one. Such a performance should have only a basic designation without a serial number of performance, for example, ATsDR.436234.255. For other performances, the serial designation number is added to the base designation from 01 to 98. For example: АЦДР.436234.255-05
It is allowed to designate performance with the addition of three-digit serial numbers from 001 to 999.

With a large range of products having common design features, it is allowed to use an additional performance number, which is written through a dot and must be in the form of a two-digit number, except 00. The structure of such a designation is shown in Figure 4.
Application of performance number and additional performance number
Fig. 4 - Application of performance number and additional performance number

Executions with the use of an additional number are indicated in the presence of variable characteristics (coatings, parameters, their maximum deviations, climatic conditions of work, additional equipment of the product with components, etc.), which are possible for all versions.

The additional performance number must be in the form of a two-digit number, except 00. The number or each of its numbers can indicate one characteristic or a set of interrelated characteristics.

The newly developed components of these products, depending on the same characteristics, are designated using the same additional performance number. If necessary, such parts can be designated without the use of an additional performance number.
If there is an additional number, all performances should be indicated using a two-digit serial number of the performance from 01 to 98. The

serial and additional numbers of performances are set independently of each other.

At the stage of development of a conceptual design, it is recommended that design and design documents be designated according to the following structure:
    Designation of outline design documents

    Unified software documentation system

Designations of programs and program documents are assigned in accordance with the instructions of GOST 19.103-77 ESPD. Designations of programs and program documents .

The designation of programs and documents should consist of groups of characters separated by periods (after the country code and the code of the developing organization), spaces (after the document revision number and document type code), hyphens (after the registration number and document number of this type).

A registration system for designating programs and program documents is being established.
As in ESKD , the ESPD provides that the designation of a product is at the same time a designation of its program document - specification.

The structure of the designation of the program and its program document - specification is shown in Figure 6.
    Program designation structure
Fig. 6 - Program designation structure

The country code is assigned in accordance with the instructions of GOST 7.67-2003 (ISO 3166-1: 1997) SIBID. Codes of names of countries , while the choice of encoding (Latin, Cyrillic or digital code) is carried out by the developer in accordance with the rules adopted by the company. It is permissible to use a four-digit letter code or OKPO code as the code of the organization-developer.

GOST 19.103 states that the registration number of the program should be assigned in accordance with the All-Union classifier of programs, but it has not yet been published, therefore it is allowed to assign such a code from 00001 to 99999 in accordance with the procedure established by the enterprise developing the program.

In some cases, for the formation of the registration number of the program, use the all-Russian classifier of products by type of economic activity OK 034-2014 (OKPD2) , section J, subsection 62 "Software products and services for software development; consulting and similar services in the field of information technology . " The serial number of the program publication must have a format from 01 to 99. An example of a program designation:

    • when using a four-letter organization code:
      • ROF.ABVG.62.01.29-01
      • 643.ABBG.62.01.29-01

    • when using the OKPO code:
      • ROF.98765432.62.01.29-01
      • RU.98765432.62.01.29-01
      • RUS.98765432.62.01.29-01
      • 643.98765432.62.01.29-01

The designation structure of other program documents is shown in Figure 7:
Designation structure of other program documents
Fig. 7 - Designation structure of other program documents

The serial number of the revision of the document must have a format from 01 to 99. The code for the type of document is assigned in accordance with Table 4 of GOST 19.101-77 Unified Program Documentation System (ESPD). Types of programs and program documents (as Amended by N 1) . If necessary, the document is assigned the document number of this type in ascending order from 01 to 99, the part number of the document in ascending order from 1 to 9.

Examples of the designation of the document “Operator's Guide” (the second such document for this program, part 3):

    • ROF.ABBG.62.01.29-01 34 02-3
    • 643.ABBG.62.01.29-01 34 02-3
    • ROF.98765432.62.01.29-01 34 02-3
    • RU.98765432.62.01.29-01 34 02-3
    • RUS.98765432.62.01.29-01 34 02-3
    • 643.98765432.62.01.29-01 34 02-3

The final version of the applied designation system for programs and program documents must be determined by the developer in the internal regulatory documents.

Set of standards for automated systems

The formation of the decimal number of an automated system should be sought in GOST 34.201-89 Information Technology (IT). Set of standards for automated systems. Types, completeness and designation of documents when creating automated systems (with Amendment No. 1) .
In accordance with GOST, each developed document must be assigned an independent designation. A document executed on different storage media should have one designation. To the designation of documents executed on machine media, add the letter "M".

The designation of the document has the following structure:
Designation structure of other program documents
Fig. 8 - Structure of the designation of documents for automated systems

The designation structure of an automated system or part thereof has the form:
Designation structure of other program documents
Fig. 9 - Designation structure of an automated system or part thereof

GOST proposes to select the code of the developer organization in accordance with the all-Union classifier of enterprises, institutions and organizations (OKPO) according to the rules established by industry technical standards. At the moment, one should use not the all-Union expired document, but the all-Russian classifier - OKPO. It is also permissible to use the four-letter code from FSUE STANDARTINFORM as the code of the developer organization.

The code for the classification characteristics of the system should be selected from OK 034-2014 (OKPD2) , section J subsection 63 “Services in the field of information technology” , which replaced the all-Union product classifier mentioned in GOST 34.201-89, as well as the all-Russian product classifier canceled from January 1, 2017 (OKP).

It is necessary to take into account that the classification characteristic code from OKPD2 can be selected by the name of the automation object, for example: 26.51.43.120 - information electrical measuring systems, measuring and computing complexes and installations for measuring electrical and magnetic quantities (for example, an automated information and measuring system for commercial accounting of electricity (AIIS KUE)), 70.22.17 - services for the management of business processes (ACS BP); 26.20.40.140 - information security tools, as well as information and telecommunication systems, protected using information security tools (information Internet portals).

GOST 34.201-89 also proposes to use the all-Union classifier of subsystems and task systems ACS (OKPKZ) to assign this characteristic. This classifier on the territory of the Russian Federation ceased to be valid, but no replacement was developed for it. Therefore, there is currently no alternative to choosing the classification characteristics of an automated system according to OKPD2.

The serial registration number of the system (part of the system) is assigned by the service of the developer organization, which is responsible for maintaining the file cabinet and registration of signs. Registration numbers are assigned from 001 to 999 for each classification characteristic code.

The document code consists of two alphanumeric characters and is separated from the system designation by a dot. The code for documents defined by this standard is affixed in accordance with column 3 of Table 2. The code of additional documents is formed as follows: the first character is a letter indicating the type of document according to Table 1, the second character is a number or letter indicating the serial number of a document of this type.

The remaining items are included in the designation of the document, if necessary.

The serial numbers of documents of one name (2 characters) are assigned, starting from the second, and separated from the previous designation by a dot.

The revision number of the document is assigned, starting from the second in ascending order from 2 to 9, and is separated from the previous value by a point. The next edition number is assigned in cases of preservation (not cancellation) of the previous edition.

The part number of the document is separated from the previous hyphen. If the document consists of one part, then the hyphen is not affixed and the part number of the document is not assigned.

A sign of a document executed on machine media is introduced if necessary. The letter "M" is separated from the previous designation by a dot.

Thus, the designation AIIS KUE may look like this:

    • 98765432.26.51.43.120.012
    • ABVG.26.51.43.120.012

An example of the designation of the document “Technological Instructions” (the third document of this type, the second edition, part 5, is made in electronic form):

    • 98765432.26.51.43.120.012.I2.03.02.05M
    • ABVG.26.51.43.120.012.I2.03.02.05M

Structural diagram of a complex of technical means (the only document of this kind in the project, the only edition, in one part, was released on paper):

    • 98765432.26.51.43.120.012.C1
    • ABVG.26.51.43.120.012.C1

    Conclusion

It is allowed to use a unique identification system, which is adopted by the organization-developer. But it is worth bearing in mind that without special explanations this system will not be understandable to anyone. The described system for assigning designations to products and documents in accordance with the standards can be decoded by any specialist (designer, developer, programmer).
