Apparently, the answer to this question is known to the creators of the new project Air Bonsai , presented on Kickstarter late last week, but has already collected a few days more than half a million dollars. And the number of backers participating in the project is inspiring - more than 2500 people. What is the trick, let's understand.
First of all, I must say that the project was created by Japanese engineers (and gardeners, it seems, too), so even the aesthetics themselves - a beautiful stand in the national style and a tree levitating above it - cause a lot of emotions.

How it works.
The principle is clear, probably, to everyone - in the base there is a magnet with a twisting mechanism, and in the upper moss lump there is an integrated magnet. The total weight of the Little Star should not exceed 250 grams together with the planted plant.
The basic kit (costs $ 200) includes these two elements, an adapter (also rated for 220 V), plus a decorative pillow and box. And that’s all. And in order to get such beauty as in the picture, you have to try it yourself.
Apparently, it was the DIY concept that attracted so many backers - many see the creation of a composition as a specific challenge and the opportunity to realize themselves in one more direction.
So what is proposed to do. You are ordering this kit. By the way, you can order completely non-trivial handmade vases, and a stand made of volcanic pumice Lava for a moss ball - everything costs extra money, and considerable.
Plants, of course, no one will send you - it is forbidden to transport them through customs in almost all countries. Therefore, either buy a bonsai from us - now there are a lot of them sold and they are not very expensive, or choose some local seasonal plant. Plant it in the moss and periodically water it. In no case should you spill water on the base stand. For watering, the upper part with the plant needs to be removed, watered, only then returned to its place. The total weight, as already said, should not exceed 250 grams. In general, a creative lesson.
